【Important Notice】New ITSS Regulations Take Effect on June 1st – A Must-Read for Enterprises!

Starting from March 1, 2025, the ITSS Secretariat will begin accepting initial applications and upgrade applications for compliance assessment based on the new standards (excluding the leading level). The enterprise-side application module in the ITSS system will open an entrance for the new standards. You can choose to submit applications in accordance with either the new standards or the old standards. Once a choice is made, the entire process, from enterprise application, institutional assessment to submission to the expert review meeting or re-submission to the meeting, will be carried out in accordance with the version selected in the initial application. 

Starting from June 1, 2025, initial applications for compliance assessment based on the old standards will no longer be accepted.

Before December 31, 2025, certified units of the old version of the standard may choose to submit supervision or re evaluation applications based on their actual situation according to the new or old version of the standard; If you choose to complete supervision or re evaluation according to the old version standards, a new version will be replaced in the next year's supervision or re evaluation.

Starting from January 1, 2026, any evaluation applications for the old version standards will be discontinued. At that time, the enterprise application template in the ITSS system will close the old version entrance and can only apply for supervision or re evaluation according to the new version standards. Tasks that were applied for according to the old version standards and have not yet completed all processes before this node will still be executed according to the old version standards.
