Guizhou Big Data Security Engineering Research Center was established on November 28, 2017. It is a provincial key engineering research center jointly initiated by the People's Government of Guiyang and Alibaba, and co-constructed by such institutions as the National Information Technology Security Research Center, the China Electronics Standardization Institute, the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Scientific Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, the Information Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Guizhou Branch of National CERT, and the Yunnan Branch of National CERT.
