About Jinglong Technology

Jinglong Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is located in Suzhou Industrial Park. It is the only subsidiary of globally renowned professional semiconductor testing company Jingyuan Electronics in mainland China, with a registered capital of 546 million RMB and a total investment of over 10 billion RMB. The company currently has around 2400 employees. We provide full process chip packaging and testing services for mainland customers, including wafer probing, grinding and cutting, wafer level re packaging and construction (RW), chip packaging, and chip final testing.

Jinglong Technology is currently the largest professional testing factory in the domestic semiconductor industry, with the strongest professional technology, the most high-quality testing platforms, the widest customer base, the ability to manufacture high-end products, and the most diverse range of products.
